Camping out
On Friday, Josh, Joshua and I went to Camp Winnataska and camped out with Joshua's Cub Scout group. We left the girls with my parents and they had a GREAT time with them. They went to a garage sale that my cousin's were having and came back with all kinds of things!

It had just finished raining when we got to the camp around 5:40 or so and it was VERY muddy. Several of the boys kept losing their shoes in the mud. We cooked out our supper and then the boys had a TON of fun with several different activities. They went on a hay ride, painted a birdhouse, some type of chicken game, had a bonfire of sorts (it was really too wet and basically it was a tiny bit of fire with a whole LOT of smoke) and cooked out smores when they got back to the camp site.

After a relatively good night's sleep in the tent, Joshua was able to learn about BB guns and archery so that he could get his gun and archery belt loop. He really enjoyed learning about it.

He tried twice to make 35 points on the BB gun target, so that he could get his patch but the second time he got 32 (oh so close) and decided he really wanted to get back in time for his last soccer game, so we rushed back and made it in time for him to play!
