Well, I got Angie's comment and couldn't figure out HOW she knew the kids started school- and then checked out my site to see what I had posted that made her think of school and saw the post below. Josh must have put it up sometime today. Thanks Josh!

Josh took the morning off of work and we all took Joshua and Abby to their first day of school this school year. I can't believe it is already time to start and that they are in 3rd and 2nd grade. Time sure does fly. I am sad that the summer is over and they are heading back to school but they love their new teachers and are excited about the new school year. We took Sarah back a little later and met her new kindergarten teacher. She is really nice and we are hoping this will be a good year for Sarah. She is excited, so that is a good thing. We were busy tonight with homework already. Joshua has 40 spelling words (though they are very easy right now) and they both had to read 20 minutes tonight. That was no problem for them as they LOVE to read. I had to tell them it was time to stop so they could get ready for bed. They also (even Sarah) had to choose some pictures for some projects at school, so I guess we are up and running, even on the first day.
I am looking forward to getting back on a schedule and being back at the school a good bit. I am planning on working in the lunchroom again and Joshua's teacher sounds like she will want me to help out a good bit in the classroom- which I will enjoy. It will be neat to see what God has planned for all of us in this new school year.
