We have some friends who we love getting together with and have really enjoyed getting to know. We met them when they started coming to our Sunday school class. They ended up going to another class but we have actually in the last month or so started going to the one that they attend. Anyway, their dog is a Great Dane and she had puppies. I have been wanting a Great Dane but never thought it would work out for me to get one. Well, Ben called when the dog had puppies and said they wanted to give us one! (you can see a post and pics of them when they were little back in Dec). We were so excited and when we got back, Josh went over and got her. When we went to their house in the middle of December, Sarah fell in love with a little girl puppy and when we asked her what she would call it, she said "Starwish Christmas Bow". 
We got that little puppy and we call her Starwish. The kids didn't know until Josh brought her home and they are so excited, to say the least. She is now almost 10 weeks old and HUGE! At least for a 10 week old puppy. Here are a few pics of her when we first got her. The kids were reading and she joined in with Joshua.
It was FREEZING the week we got back and this is the fish pond on our porch. The fish amazingly survive thru it!
