Valentine's Day Parties
On Valentine's Day, the kids classes at school had their Valentine's Day parties. Abby's class had donuts with Dad first thing that morning. Josh really enjoyed getting to be with Abby.

Later that day, I went to Sarah's Valentine's Day party with her class. She was excited to see me there. They ate some yummy treats, played a game of Valentine bingo and made a valentine.

While they were finishing up bingo, I left her class and went to Joshua's class party. They played several games. The first one was like pin the tail on the donkey, except it was put the heart on the heart (or something like that.) Joshua's teacher even took a turn- the kids LOVED spinning her and I think she was rather dizzy by the time they finished.

The next game they played was to see who could stack the most heart candy up in a certain amount of time- 20 seconds, 30 seconds etc....

They then had some yummy snacks and opened their valentines. They had all decorated a shoebox and that is what their valentine's were in.

Here are the two Joshua's in the class- My Joshua goes by Joshua and the other little guy goes by Josh to help with distinctions.

The kids had so much fun at their valentine's parties at school and I was so glad that we were able to join them. I am so thankful that we are able to be so involved with their classes and really get to know their teachers and friends!
