Saturday evening, we took the girls to Ben and Sumer's house. They have been wanting to watch the kids for us sometime, so we could go out. Joshua had a b-day party he could attend that night, so we decided to let him do that and split the trio up, so that Ben and Sumer wouldn't have all of them.
Josh and I took Joshua to his party and then went to Captain D's for supper. It was too cold inside, so we ended up taking the food and driving down 31 until we saw an office building with a picnic table outside the door. We pulled up and ate there. I don't think it was any warmer but we enjoyed the atmosphere more.

After we ate, we went to a couple stores and just had fun looking around and being together without little ones vying for our attention.

Here he is with the birthday girl.
After we got Joshua, we went back to Ben and Sumer's and picked the girls up. This is how we found them when we got there.

They were watching a video and Sarah would not smile for me. She was SO tired, as it was way past her bedtime and she was not feeling all that well either. They had walked to a Lebanese Festival a few blocks away and eaten supper there and the girls had danced to some music and it sounded like they had a great time!

Benjamin was eating a cookie and I kept asking him to show me the cookie. He kept eating it and when he put it all in his mouth, he looked and me and said, "where's the cookie?" and smiled at me.

They also wanted us to bring Starwish so she could play with her mother. She enjoyed it, once she got used to seeing another dog BIGGER than she is. I don't know if she has seen that in a while.

We had a little bit of trouble getting them side by side, but we eventually got it.
