Friday night surprise

Well, Josh decided for our Friday night surprise, we would have waffles,ice cream and fruit for supper. I wasn't too sure about the idea but figured it wouldn't kill them, so I just said, ok. As Josh said, "It will be very memorable for them." I agree, I don't think they will forget it. When it was supper time, Josh told the kids he needed them to help get the table ready for supper. They started putting stuff on and then he got the waffles out and Abby was all excited we were having breakfast for supper. Then he got the fruit ready and then the ice cream out and they were quite amazed. Josh told them they didn't have to eat a waffle but they had to have ice cream. They asked how much they could have and Josh said, I probably wouldn't have less than two scoops. I wish I had a picture of their faces when he told them that.



I will be interested to see how hungry they will be for breakfast in the morning!
