Weekend before last, Josh decided to build a new snake habitat, since Joshua's snakes were outgrowing the aquarium they were in. He started it Friday afternoon and finished it Saturday evening. The kids had so much fun watching and helping. It really rained Friday night and Saturday morning, so the project was moved into our living room. We had sawdust all over, but it cleaned up well!

Sarah enjoyed playing in it and Joshua would join in periodically- They were snakes and "hissing" at each other
Joshua took a break and snuggled with Starwish some.

Abby and Sarah enjoyed a craft project next to the building project-

Abby also wrote a report for her piano teacher on Gustav Holst.

I don't know if the snakes liked the finished project, but they have more room to stretch out now and their cage sure looks a lot nicer than the old one! You did a great job Josh!! (and Joshua!)
