We took our stockings up and hung them on nails in our room. 
Christmas morning, we "opened" them. We gave the kids canes filled with M&M's. Sarah is demonstrating how she is an old lady having to use her cane.
Pinata time!
Josh's parents have a pinata for the girls and one for the boys that is done Christmas Eve night. Josh's sister and her family didn't get there 'til the other kids were in bed, so it ended up being done Christmas morning. The kids (and adults too, I think) enjoyed it!
