Sarah's first field trip
On Monday, I met Sarah's class at Aldridge Gardens for her first field trip. They had a lady who taught them about trees, leaves, roots etc.... It was pretty interesting!
They had some lunch and then we divided the kids in her class into three groups and we all went on some trails and around the lake. I led Sarah's group. As we were walking near the lake we saw a Blue Heron. It was beautiful! The kids stood very quietly while I took the picture but then it flew off. Some of the kids kept saying, "A goose, a goose!"
Here are some of the children from her class- Hopefully I can get a complete class picture soon.
