Getting the Christmas Tree
It is hard for me to believe it is already time for us to be getting our Christmas tree. We went the day after Thanksgiving to Old Baker Farm and cut one down. The kids were very excited and it was fun watching them choose the tree. Josh and I would find one that was within our price range and point it out to the kids- usually one would like it but the other two wouldn't or two would like it but the other one wouldn't.
Joshua wanted the little trees and Abby wanted the bigger trees and Sarah usually agreed with Joshua. We kept looking and looking......
until this one was spotted and agreed upon by all 5 of us!!
Josh and the kids took turns cutting it down......
And then the kids carried it to where our car was.
how fun! we went to cut ours down saturday... but they hadn't started selling the permits :( i was so sad... think we're going to go this weekend.
