Friday night we drove down to Clanton for the annual Christmas parade. I guess it is becoming a tradition to go down there and see it. We love the small town atmosphere and it is fun to be back where I grew up. We met Dad, Mom and Stephen and enjoyed watching the parade with them and then eating out afterwards. Bryan, Angie and Charlie were not able to make it as traffic was HORRIBLE on the way down. We sure missed getting to see them. When we got there, we went and stood near the ending point of the parade, so we were still able to see it thankfully. The kids loved it, though the girls thought the sirens were WAY TOO loud! I think the guys liked it though.

100_1253 This float was sending out bubbles or something that looked like snow. Here is Abby trying to catch it- she was shocked to find out it was wet! (I am not sure what I am doing)

Abby saying something about the sirens and Sarah was asking what the sirens were doing- they were just too loud for way too long! We were thinking it may have been a good think Charlie didn't come- he probably would have been scared to death!!
