Big 8 year old!
Joshua turned 8 on October 30th! I cannot believe that I have an 8 year old. Where does time go?!! He is such a sweet, sensitive little guy and I am truly blessed to have him for my son! When I told him goodnight the night before his birthday, I said, "the next time I see you, you will be 8!" He told me he wasn't going to be 8 until 10 something that next night, so he would still be 7 when I saw him.
He loves to learn and asks all kinds of questions- usually ones that I would have never thought to ask. I feel like I say, "ask Daddy,"a lot! He is really becoming so responsible and he loves to help out. Today when we took the girls to ballet we went in and got Abby to her class. While I was there, a mom needed me to watch her son while she moved the car. I asked Joshua to walk Sarah to her class. He readily ran off with Sarah and when I went to check on them, he was just coming back and said she had just gone in to her class. For his birthday meal, he chose hamburgers, hotdogs, sushi and salad!
He also chose a chocolate cake!
I am so thankful for him. Happy Birthday Joshua!!
