On Saturday night, some friends were hosting a reception for one of my friend's from childhood. Lucy Welch is getting married in January to Cody and it was great to see her again, as well as meet Cody. I also really enjoyed getting to see lots of people I haven't seen in forever.
Josh stayed home with the kids and they seemed to have a great time here. They decorated our porch for Christmas, made homemade pizza and had some hot chocolate! They also had their baths and the girls were in bed and Joshua about to be when I got home around 8. Thank you so much Josh for holding down the fort here and for letting me go have fun visiting with everyone!
Simba LOVES the kids and really seems to love Sarah. When she gets in bed at night he usually jumps up there with her until we take him out when we are done reading with her.
